Return & Refund Policy

We would like to thank you for purchasing our products and for placing your trust in us. Please find below our returns policy and conditions.

Return Request Process

Should you wish to return a product, please submit an official request through your designated contact or salesperson, and email us at info@alajhizah.com , clearly stating the reason for the return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. The following conditions must be met:

• The product has not been used
• The product is in its original condition, free from scratches, dents, or any physical damage
• Original packaging is available
• Original invoice and delivery note are provided

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made items
• Items specifically ordered upon request and not part of our regular stock
• Items that can be serviced or repaired without affecting performance or quality

Returning Goods

• If the return is due to the product not meeting the specifications or standards stated in our offer, we will arrange collection at no additional cost.
• For all other reasons, transportation and handling costs (both ways) will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed within 7 days from the date the item is received back. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, with no additional charges or deductions.

شروط الإرجاع

للاستفادة من خدمة الإرجاع، يجب تقديم طلبك خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج. يجب استيفاء الشروط التالية
لم يتم استخدام المنتج •
المنتج في حالته الأصلية، خالٍ من الخدوش أو الإلتواء أو أي تلف مادي •
الغلاف الأصلي متوفر •
الفاتورة الأصلية وإيصال التسليم متوفران •
نحتفظ بحقنا في رفض أي عملية إرجاع لا تستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلاه

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

المنتجات التالية غير قابلة للإرجاع
المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب •
المنتجات التي يتم طلبها خصيصًا بناءً على الطلب وليست جزءًا من مخزوننا المعتاد •
العناصر التي يمكن صيانتها أو إصلاحها دون التأثير على الأداء أو الجودة •

إرجاع البضائع

إذا كان سبب الإرجاع هو عدم مطابقة المنتج للمواصفات أو المعايير المذكورة في عرضنا، سيتم الارجاع بدون أي تكلفة إضافية •
أما بالنسبة لجميع الأسباب الأخرى، فسيتحمل العميل تكاليف النقل والمناولة (في كلا الاتجاهين) وسيتم خصمها من مبلغ الاسترداد •

المبالغ المستردة

ستتم معالجة المرتجعات المعتمدة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج. وسيتم رد الأموال بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية، دون أي رسوم أو خصومات إضافية.
